Do you own your own business? Are you taking over the family firm? Are you planning to venture into corporate “intrapreneurship” within your existing corporate structure? Are you an IU Southeast or Purdue student pursuing an entrepreneurship credit?
Our certificate in entrepreneurship—in partnership with Purdue University's Purdue Polytechnic New Albany―provides undergraduate students and members of the community with the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and develop the necessary tools to assist them in starting and/or growing an entrepreneurial endeavor.
This 15-credit program delivers a foundational introduction to entrepreneurship theory alongside practical applications with a core of required courses and a supporting knowledge set that gives you the chance to expand your business experience and craft your capstone from either IU Southeast subjects ranging from personal finance and business law to advertising and ethics or Purdue offerings in ideation, development, testing to a product launch.
