Mark Creager is an assistant professor at the University of Southern Indiana. He received his Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Indiana University in 2016. His research interests include defining and understanding the mathematical knowledge that teachers need in the area of reasoning and proof. Currently, he teaches mathematics courses for undergraduate elementary education majors and methods courses for secondary education majors. His goal is to implement what he learns from his research into his own teaching practices in an effort to share educational practices that work with others who are charged with developing teachers' knowledge.
