Our curriculum lays a solid foundation in leadership, evidence-based practices, population health, informatics, quality-improvement principles, and advanced practice concepts. As you progress, you will transition into more-advanced learning in human capital management, accreditation, finance, legal, and advanced leadership and quality and safety principles.

This program includes extensive practicum experiences and meets competencies and standards from the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL) and the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).

The degree track is 42 credit hours completed in six semesters. Courses take place in person on our campus on Thursdays.

Upon completion of this program, you'll be trained and educated to provide a broad range of healthcare services and work in a variety of careers and settings.
