Stephen Keucher, Associate Vice President, University Regional Affairs, Planning, and Policy

Stephen L. Keucher has accepted the position of Associate Vice President, University Regional Affairs, Planning, and Policy. Prior to this appointment, he was Associate Vice President and Indiana University Budget Director.

Steve earned a bachelor of arts degree in English and classical studies from IU in 1972. He joined IU the University Budget Office in 1982 upon completion of his MBA from IU. Over the years he has been involved in institutional research and reporting, decision support and data stewardship issues, responsibility center management development and related systems and processes, budget planning and administration, and has served as a liaison with state agencies.

Steve has led and serves on numerous task forces and committees, including the Data Stewardship Committee, the Expenditure Review Committee (part of the Blueprint for Student Attainment strategic planning effort), the Business Intelligence Taskforce, and the Enterprise Student Systems Executive Committee.
