GENDER AND ETHNIC GROUP OF FACULTY

Of Indiana University's 4,135 administrators, faculty, and lecturers, 67 percent are male; 33 percent are female. Almost 13 percent are classified in the four minority group classifications identified on the chart below. Those ethnic group classifications are defined by the United States Office of Civil Rights.
