Degrees Conferred

During the 12-month period ending June 30, 1998, Indiana University conferred a total of 14,621 degrees. Baccalaureate degrees numbered 9,085 or 62 percent of the total number awarded, and master's degrees numbered 2,879 or 20 percent of the total.
