UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE ENROLLMENT



For fall semester 1997-98, the all-campus undergraduate enrollment is 72,720, or 80 percent of the headcount enrollment of 91,215. Undergraduate enrollment as a percent of total enrollment varies from 98 percent for East campus to 74 percent for IUPUI campus. The percentages reflect stability when compared to 1987 data. When graduate student enrollment for 1987 is compared to graduate student enrollment for 1997, growth has been experienced on all but one campus. The growth varies from 20 percent for Northwest campus to 197 percent for Kokomo campus. Graduate student enrollment for the entire university has increased by 56 percent in the past decade.
