REGULAR INSTRUCTIONAL FEE RATES
     The Trustees of Indiana University establish fees and charges relating to credit courses.  The instructional fees for 2002-03 were established in accordance with Trustee action on May 5, 2002.  On the Bloomington campus, undergraduate students taking between 12 and 17 hours are assessed a single instructional fee.  Graduate students continue to pay on a credit hour basis.  On campuses other than Bloomington, fee rates are assessed on a credit- hour basis except for professional students in medicine and dentistry.
     Resident undergraduate fee rates increased by 9 percent on the Bloomington and IUPUI campuses,  while all other campuses had 8 percent increases.  Graduate and professional fees rose by varying amounts.
