COMPARISON OF INSTRUCTIONAL FEES FOR MAIN CAMPUSES OF BIG TEN INSTITUTIONS

Full-time academic-year instructional fee rates for 2002-03 for Indiana University Bloomington and the main campuses of the other Big Ten
institutions appear in the table below. Northwestern, a private institution, is excluded because its fee rates are not comparable to those of the
public institutions.
Indiana University Bloomington's resident undergraduate fee rate of $4,573 ranks eighth, and is $3,638 less than the highest rate $8,211 at
Penn State University, but only $881 higher than the lowest rate $3,692 at the University of Iowa.
