Biography

Todd J. Schmitz is executive director of University Institutional Reporting and Research (UIRR) and has been with IU since 1986, serving in his current capacity since UIRR’s inception in 1991. Todd received his master’s degree in counseling and educational psychology from the University of South Dakota and has completed his doctoral work in higher education administration and inquiry methodology at Indiana University.

He is active in a number of committees at the campus and university level, including retention, student recreation, and professional council. Todd has also been an active participant and presenter in a variety of professional associations.
