Senior Analyst Programmer-Consolidated Hosting Environment - PA3IT

Provides project leadership for the Enterprise Web Technical Services team initiatives; and performs complex technical tasks to develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and retire high capacity and high performance web environments. Shares responsibility for the Consolidated Hosting Environment . a centrally provided web hosting service; and communicates and interacts effectively with departments on all Indiana University campuses using the web hosting service.

Conducts and facilitates technical trainings, technical briefings, and information sharing groups; and creates and maintains technical documentation and procedures. Works as part of a team and demonstrates a high degree of self-initiative and commitment to expand skills and expertise through a variety of methods, including self-study, working/mentoring with colleagues, and both internal and external training.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in ColdFusion or .Net development, relational databases, and Windows server and web server administration.

A combination of related education and experience may be considered at a ratio of 2:1.

Possess excellent understanding of the following: Adobe ColdFusion or Microsoft .Net programming, Microsoft IIS, SQL Server, and Windows Server administration; and technical expertise in at least two of the following programming languages: Transact SQL (T-SQL), .Net, and ColdFusion. Ability to work well independently; possess excellent communication and analytical skills; strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for new technologies; and team oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
