Position Available: Knowledge Management - Temporary
UITS at IUB announces an opening for Knowledge Management staff. This position will be posted until a suitable candidate is hired. Available immediately. $11/hour, 20 hours/week minimum, with one-year commitment.
The Knowledge Management team is responsible for maintaining the content of both the IU Knowledge Base (http://kb.iu.edu) and the UITS Services and Support web space (http://uits.iu.edu). Specific duties include editing and updating documentation about IU computing systems, applications, and information technology services used in teaching, learning, research, and administration.
Applicants must possess exemplary writing skills, including meticulous and thorough editing and proofreading skills; have the ability to work effectively in a team setting; be able to work with minimal supervision while following established standards; and have a strong customer service attitude.
Broad computing experience and knowledge of the IU information technology environment are desirable.
