Position Available: Graphic Design

UITS Online Instructional Design & Development is seeking a graphic designer to conceptualize and produce original digital materials for use in online courses. These materials include illustrations, charts, slides, icons, templates, and graphics. This position will also work with existing materials and guide the selection of stock photography, illustration, and graphics, as needed.

Candidate must possess excellent design skills with a strong focus on typography, color, and layout. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office required. Previous experience with web design preferred. Some knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and/or photo and video capture and editing is a plus.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, up to 15 hours per week. Applicant must be available to work in regularly scheduled blocks of time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
