Long Distance (Phone) Authorization
Requests for Long-Distance Authorization Codes should be submitted via email to vpitphon at indiana dot edu. When making requests, please be sure to identify billing information (account and sub-account) and the workstation phone number of the individual who will be using the code (if available). Sub-account manager approval is required for these requests, so please include the manager approval in the email request.
