IR Census Calendar

First Day and "Official" reports are based upon standard census snapshot views. Census dates are set by the campuses to be consistent and comparable over time. The First Day dates are just that, the first day of the term. The "Official" census dates represent the last registration (drop/add) point where a 100 percent refund is available to the student. Below are the census schedules for the last few terms. Starting in the summer 2012, "Official" census will be as of August 1, not based on the 100 percent refund time period and be a full term view. Waiting until August 1 allows for enrollment in all sessions. The 'P' stands for preliminary (First Day) and the 'F' is for final ("Official") enrollment dates.
