Enrollment Reports: Archived Census Study
The Census Study tracks headcounts* and credit hours enrolled on a daily basis from the start of classes until mid-semester with comparisons to the previous year’s same day counts.
Each of these reports provides a similar format. The top portion provides the running enrollment figures. The middle section of the report becomes active only after the census date to show how the current day’s enrollments compare to the “official” census day numbers. The other comparisons show the relevant number and the percent change between that benchmark and the current day total.
*Headcounts is the count of enrolled students. Dual career students within the same campus are counted only once. IUPUI enrollment represents a duplicated count because of the dually enrolled students (students enrolled at both IUPUI and Columbus campuses).
