Maintain Position ACT - Activate Position Request

(Temporary Inactive positions only)

  1. Initiate a Maintain Position – ACT E-doc. The effective date is the date the E-doc is initiated. Changes to the Title, Reports To and Standard Hours can be made.  Add a note indicating where the funds for this position are coming from in the Notes and Attachments field. Once all fields have been completed, click on the ‘submit’ button. The E-doc will automatically route electronically for approvals.
