IU Health Center – Get your annual flu shot (more info about the flu shots). Also, enjoy a free 5-minute chair massage and learn about nutritional counseling; tobacco cessation; our new Well Coaching program; aromatherapy; biofeedback and other wellness resources available to employees.

IU Recreational Sports & Step into Fitness Program – Learn about the over 80 group exercise classes offered each week; court time for a game of pickup basketball, free tennis equipment; lap swimming or just working out using the latest strength training and cardio equipment options. Test your skills in fun ways.

Bloomington Professional Council (IUBPC) – represents the Professional staff at Indiana University by providing leadership to enhance the quality of life of the professional employee. Meet a representative and learn about upcoming events and how to participate.

IU Health & Wellness Massage – Five minute massages provided in the Solarium attached to Alumni Hall.

Healthy IU Vending – Healthy IU’s Healthy Vending Initiative - Play the game “This or That” to test your skills at identifying healthy vending options available on campus. Free samples will be provided.(maybe)

Hilltop Garden & Nature Center – Hilltop provides volunteer opportunities and gardening classes. Visitors may tour demonstration gardens, enjoy nature or find a good idea for their own gardens.

Middle Way House – Learn of resources and ways to end domestic violence and sexual assault in the lives of women and children by implementing or sponsoring award winning programs and services aimed at achieving individual and social change.
Indiana Institute on Disability and Community – Information about how the institutes’ work provides a bridge between research and the field of disability through seven Centers that address issues across the lifespan and major life areas.

The Monroe County Public Health Clinic – Offers programs such as certain immunizations at no cost to adults who do not have coverage and vaccines for many uninsured children birth through 18. The clinic also bills most major insurance companies for those children and adults with insurance.

IU Police Department – Get information about many safety and various community programs. Check out what it’s like to drive ‘under the influence’ with demonstration goggles.

IU Speech and Hearing Clinic – Get a free hearing test and information about aids for hearing loss, hearing and speech education and speech therapy for adults and children.
