Francisco A. Delgado, LLB, 1907 and Hon. LLD, 1945, was Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and Ambassador to the United States and to the United Nations. He was a prominent attorney, teacher and resistance leader during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines.
