Gerald Raymond Redding earned his B.S. in 1926 and his J.D. in 1928 from Indiana University.

From I.U., Redding has been awarded the Distinguished Alumni Service Award in 1971 and the Z.G. Clevenger Award in 1970.

Redding died on September 18, 1991.
