Trustee Rice is the Executive Vice President for Global Services and Chief Financial Officer for Eli Lilly and Co. He joined Lily in 1990 and has held a number of executive positions at the company, both in the United States and abroad. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Target Corporations, Clarian Health North, The Center for Leadership Development, and the Board of Governors, Indianapolis Museum of Art. He earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Indiana University.
