The Inaugural Ceremony

Robing will begin at 1:30 p.m.
The procession will begin at 2:40 p.m.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m.
Eastern Daylight Saving Time
Most of the state of Indiana, including Bloomington, now observes Daylight Saving Time. Thus, on Inauguration Day, the time here will be the same as New York City, and one hour ahead of Chicago.
