Centerstone Research Institute (CRI) is active in ground-breaking research studies with a number of leading universities. Through this pioneering work, we intend to help unlock the complex mysteries related to the development and treatment of mental illness. The results from these studies serve people across the globe, furnishing behavioral healthcare professionals with new insights and innovative treatment options.
HealthyMe is a healthy lifestyle program offered for FREE to all Wishard patients 18 and over and their families. It is not a diet, but a way of living. It gives patients the tools and support for helping to become a healthier you! Clothes fit better, and you can breathe easier, have less pain and even lose post-pregnancy weight. HealthyMe is funded by the Richard M Fairbanks Foundation and has been available to patients since March 2006.
Established in 2008, the Indiana CTSI was created with a $25 million Clinical and Translational Science Award from the National Center for Research Resources of the National Institutions of Health, supplemented by nearly $60 million from the state, the three member universities, and public and private partnerships.
