1. Discussion of Promotion and Tenure Review Committee recommendations - does IULFC endorse them?

2. Is there a need for additional input (e.g. from faculty standards committees and library faculty) - if yes, how should this be achieved?

3. Identify items/recommendations for faculty vote

4. Establish Timeline and next steps in the process
