There are a variety of ways to submit your ideas and to become involved with the work of the BI Initiative, ranging from asking a question of a BI Task Force member to submitting an idea for a new BI project.
Click here to access a form for suggesting a BI project idea. The intent is to gather enough information to understand the basics of your idea. Instructions and examples are provided on the form. Someone from the BI project team will contact you once your submission has been reviewed.
There are multiple BI projects underway. There are functional projects and foundational projects, each with working groups. Foundational projects include those to identify tools, model data, and to identify standards and best practices in areas such as: metadata, security, data quality, methodology, training and education. To join a working group, contact bi@iu.edu.
