Glimpses into Finland's World-Class Education System

Sanna Leinonen is an experienced teacher, trainer, lecturer and textbook-writer from Finland. She has a long career as an EFL/ESL and entrepreneurship teacher and institutional coach. She has worked on the National Core Curriculum for Finnish schools with the Finnish National Agency for Education and she works with international groups of educators visiting Finland. Her research interests lie in collaborative teaching and learning, cross-curricular collaboration between ESL/ENL/EFL teachers and subject area teachers, and she iss pecialized in phenomenon-based learning and entrepreneurship at schools. Ms. Leinonen is currently at IU on a Fulbright Distinguished Award in Teaching.
