"Love and Empire: The CIA, the Dalai Lama, and Arrested Histories of the Tibetan Resistance Army"

The Center on American and Global Security (CAGS) brought Professor Carole McGranahan from the University of Colorado, Boulder to campus for a public lecture and book signing on Friday, September 12th at 4:00pm. Her talk will be titled, "Love and Empire: The CIA, the Dalai Lama, and Arrested Histories of the Tibetan Resistance Army."

All speaker series lectures will be held at 4:00pm at the Maurer School of Law, Room 124

In the Fall and Spring semesters, CAGS hosts a visiting lecture series aimed at boosting knowledge and discussion of selected topics in Security Studies. In addition to CAGS-hosted events, CAGS also co-sponsors lectures with student groups and with other Indiana University departments and centers.
