- Program Abstract: Sadayuki Imai, screenwriter for the anime hits PERFECT BLUE and COWBOY BEBOP, moves into live action feature film for this science fiction tale. THE DIMENSION TRAVELERS is the story of Midori, a young schoolgirl whose life takes a turn for the fantastic. As Midori is variously accosted by a platoon of soldiers, declared a dangerous mental patient, and finds that her friend claims to be from another dimension, Midori worries that she may, in fact, be insane. However, Midori begins to find clues to her condition, clues that suggest she is not insane, but capable of traveling across time and dimensions and the keeper of a power that could break down the fabric of the universe.A personal note, this starts off really cheesy, then gets dead serious out of the blue.
