- Program Abstract: Set in the neon-washed underground of modern-day Hong Kong, Fallen Angels interwines the exhilerating tale of love and isolation. First there is the unconsummated love affair between a contract killer and the ravishing agents who sets up his assignments and cleans up after the job. Then there is the ex-convict Ho, who stopped talking at the age of five after eating a date-expired can of pineapples.
