IU presence at Indiana Black Expo's 44th annual Summer Celebration a success

Tens of thousands attended this year's gathering, where a significant IU presence was highlighted by a wide range of events.

The 2014 Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration was held in Indianapolis from July 10-20. Special events—including the IU Alumni Jazz Brunch—for Indiana University alumni took place on Saturday, July 19.

Kay Frances Lindsey (BS Ed’70, MS Ed‘74 IU Southeast) is a co-founder and charter member of the New Albany, IN/Louisville, KY (Kentuckiana) chapter of the Neal-Marshall Alumni Club in 2004. The Kentuckiana Chapter was a top finalist under the functional excellence category of "Student Recruitment for the IUAA" Best Practices in Alumni Relations Award.
