Miller.  The title of his talk is, “Justice and War in the 21st Century:  Wrongs that Can Come with Being Right”.  I look forward to meeting many of you at the reception preceding this talk.

Richard B. MillerRichard B. Miller is a professor of Religious Studies in the College of Arts & Sciences and the Director of IU’s Poynter Center for the Study of Ethics and American Institutions. He also holds adjunct positions in the American Studies Program, the IU Center for Bioethics and the Center on Philanthropy. Miller's research interests are in the areas of religious and philosophical ethics, religious thought, social and cultural criticism and political philosophy. Professor Miller was the recipient of the 2007 James Phillip Holland Award for Exemplary Teaching and Service to students. It is one of the College’s highest honors and is based on student nominations.
