Robert Kravchuk   Professor and Director, Master of Public Affairs (MPA) and Online MPA,
at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs who has served as
advisor to both the government of Ukraine as well as US government
agencies operating in Ukraine.
Svitlana Melnyk   Lecturer in the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures.
Raised and educated in Ukraine, she specializes in sociolinguistics
and Russo- Ukrainian bilingualism.
Sarah Phillips   Professor in the Department of Anthropology. Her publications
include Disability and Mobile Citizenship in Postsocialist Ukraine
(2011, IU Press) and Women’s Social Activism in the New Ukraine:
Development and the Politics of Differentiation
(2008, IU Press).
