Welcome to the memorial website for the late Felix Chen. Felix was an innocent, cheerful and loving boy who enjoyed playing in the park and spending time with his mother and grand-mother. The tragedy of this young boy's life however, began when he was taken from his family on Jan. 9 and put into foster care because of unfounded suspicions of abuse. Felix's health deteriorated during his time with Child Protection Services (CPS). On April 1st, 2004, Felix passed away at Bloomington Hospital after he was rushed from his foster home.

This website is meant to serve as a memorial of Felix Chen's life, a resource for those who would like to help other children like him, and a source of information about Felix Chen's death.
