Diwali Celebration

6 to 8 p.m. at the IU Asian Culture Center, 807 E. 10th Street
Presented ACC’s Asian Cultures Around Campus, Mathers Museum, and Indian Student Association. Diwali, also known as the "Festival of Lights," is one of the most popular Indian festivals. Symbolizing the victory of good over evil, lamps are lit as a sign of celebration and hope for humankind. It's also a time for family and friends, so come celebrate this joyous occasion with stories, crafts, and hands-on activities. Presented in partnership with Asian Cultures Around Campus. Free and open to the public.
