IU Consultant Survey
Before you can bid on projects as a design consultant, you must submit an IU Consultant Survey to the University Architect’s Office for review.
Mail your completed survey to:

In approximately one week, you will receive an email response letting you know if you have been added to our list of prospective consultants. If so, you can then begin bidding on projects.
