The Office of the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer has university-wide responsibility for developing and implementing financial plans and policies to support IU's objectives: educating students, serving the state, and promoting the development of new knowledge. The office prepares, approves, and administers the University's $3.1 billion budget, IU's treasury operation, human resources, purchasing, and risk management, as well as Bloomington Campus auxiliary operations.
