Employee Relations Services
Employee Relations Services develops, implements and manages the application of personnel policies for Staff and Hourly employees and manages the union negotiation process. It also administers personnel policies and union agreements for Staff and Hourly employees through each campus Human Resources office. Services include advising on policies, employee performance matters, workplace issues, and grievance actions.
