Revised July 1, 2004

  1. If there is a bona fide pay shortage in an employee's pay:

  1. The employee's department must initiate an adjustment voucher to Payroll no later than the third workday following the day that the employee's supervisor is notified of the shortage.

  2. Payroll must make the payment to the employee within two work days of receipt of the adjustment voucher.
