7.3 List of Benefits Applicable to Part-time Appointed Employees
| Policy Title | Benefit |
| Overtime | Overtime compensation is received for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. |
| Holidays | Hours received are prorated by FTE for employees of 50% FTE or greater. |
| Vacation | Hours earned are prorated by FTE for employees of 50% FTE or greater. |
| Funeral Leave | Hours received are prorated by FTE for employees of 50% FTE or greater. |
| Income Protection Plan (Sick) | Hours earned are prorated by FTE for employees of 75% FTE or greater. |
| Retirement Plan | Employees of 50% FTE or greater are covered by PERF retirement plan. |
| Terminal Pay | Maximum vacation payment limits are prorated by FTE. |
