Base Salary Increase for July 1, 2011
For Support and Service Staff Represented by AFSCME or CWA
Effective July 1, 2011
- Service Staff represented by AFSCME Local 832 will receive a 1.5% increase in their base salary.
- Police Officers covered under the new Salary Administration Program for IU Public Safety Staff will receive individual salary increase letters.
- Support Staff represented by CWA Local 4730 will receive a 1.5% increase in their base salary.
- All other Staff employees should receive notification of any increase through their respective department.
Pay issued on July 22, 2011, will reflect the new salary rates.
If application of the increase would cause an employee's pay rate to exceed the maximum of the respective pay grade, or if any employee is currently paid in excess of the pay grade, the employee will receive the difference in the form of additional pay in installments over the payroll in the fiscal year.
