Important Information about Beneficiary Designations

Employees may designate the same or different beneficiaries for each benefit plan in which they are enrolled. It is important to note that changing a beneficiary designation under one benefit plan does not change the beneficiary under any other plan. A participant must complete a beneficiary change for each benefit plan.

The IU plans in the table to the right contain beneficiary designations. To review and change a beneficiary under an insurance plan, visit the Employee Self Service channel in OneStart and click on Benefits Self Service; to change a beneficiary under a retirement plan, contact the associated investment company directly.
