- IU Health Quality Partners: Eligibility is limited to employees residing in the following counties: Blackford, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clinton, Delaware, Green, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Johnson, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Putnam, Shelby, Tipton, & Tippecanoe.
