IU Health Walk-in Care

Between the two IU Health Urgent Care Centers (formerly Promptcare), employees have access to walk-in care 365 days per year, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. These centers can connect to medical records for patients who use IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians providers. These visits are covered by the health plan with standard co-pays and deductibles.

Depending on the number of patients being served at the time of the visit, walk-in locations may require a wait time to see a provider.
