The University Faculty Council Office serves as the coordinating arm of the UFC, under the direction of the UFC Co-Secretaries and Agenda Committee. The UFC Office contains archives of UFC documents from the Council's inception in 1947 and assists in the creation and distribution of circulars for review and the generation of verbatim minutes of each UFC meeting.

The UFC office is located on the ground floor of Ballantine Hall on the Bloomington campus, and is open every weekday from 8-5 for public review of minutes and documents from past meetings, private faculty committee meetings, and academic research.
