Close all browsers windows and log out of EPIC, then log back in and try again. If the same error appears, please contact Purchasing staff. (We may need to update the EPIC settings for your department or the vendor’s contract may have expired.)
The invoice image display feature does not currently work with Firefox web browsers, but is compatible with Internet Explorer. However, only the Fiscal Officers or Delegates who are included in the route log at the time the purchase order is generated have access to view or print invoice images regarding that order.
If you do have access, an “Invoice Image” button will appear at the bottom of the Payment Request (PREQ) document in EPIC. Click this button to open the image.
NOTE: Java is required for viewing EPIC attachments. Check your computer for Java. Follow the installation instructions if necessary.
