Distribution systems and maintenance services for steam (heat), chilled water (cooling), gas, electricity, city water and sewers.

Engineering Services

Mechanical and electrical engineering as well as special projects for seven IU campuses. Provide technical consulting and support for other divisions of Physical Plant and the University Architect's Office.
