- Customer Service: Service Center functions include processing customer requests, facilitating communication and resolution of customer service issues, providing customer feedback and customer service measurement.
- Dispatching: Service Center Dispatchers receive and process over 33,000 Service Requests annually, radio dispatching urgent and emergency requests, provide customer assistance and facilitate communications.
- Estimating: The Service Center estimating department provides estimating assistance and performs construction document take-off estimates based on a nationally standardized estimating system to ensure estimating consistency and accountability for maintenance and renovation projects.
- Work Orders: The Service Center receives and processes Work Orders for maintenance and small to medium size renovation projects and provides reports and assistance to customers and other Physical Plant departments.
