General Information
We provide financial analysis and administrative support for all divisions in the Physical Plant. This includes financial reporting and analysis, procurement, storeroom management, the maintenance management system (MMS), payroll, human resources, communications, and the Service Center. We are a key liaison between our customers, vendors, and our staff.

Procurement Services

This division provides materials and services to support the mission of IUB Physical Plant. Materials and services are procured, stored, and delivered. In addition, contract services are coordinated and managed with IU Purchasing.
- Procurement Services coordinates and maintains contracts with vendors that provide materials and services that are critical for Physical Plant.
- Maintains the storeroom with an inventory of commonly used materials that are required for the maintenance and repair of campus facilities.
- Compilation and analysis of financial data with additional systems and reporting projects.
