Robert E. Bieder, IUB Visiting Professor in SPEA and History, has recently published his sixth book, BEAR (London: Reaktion Books, 2005). This cultural history of the bear will be distributed in the US by the University of Chicago Press.

Lisa Blomgren Bingham and Tina Nabatchi, both IUB, and Rosemary O’Leary, published “The New Governance: Practices and Processes for Stakeholder and Citizen Participation in the Work of Government” in the Public Administration Review, Vol. 65(5), pp. 547-558.
