Todd Royer, IUB, attended an EPA workshop on developing nutrient standards for large rivers in the Mississippi River Basin where he presented a paper entitled “Floods Control Nitrogen Export from Agricultural Regions of Illinois: Implications for Nutrient Loading to the Mississippi River.”
